 Hey Lego fans!

First, I want to start off with the predictable news.  Lego is listed in Interbrand's The Best 100 Brands of 2015.  The consultancy firm valued the Lego brand at $5,362 million (82nd place).  Other new brands on the list this year are PayPal, Mini, Moët & Chandon, and Lenovo.  Topping the list are Apple, Google, and Coca-Cola.

Here is the whole list if you want to check it out and let me know your thoughts: http://interbrand.com/best-brands/best-global-brands/2015/ranking/

The World's Largest Lego Batmobile is at THE ART OF THE BRICK: DC COMICS Exhibition.  The artist of the life-sized replica is Nathan Sawaya.  He is a  Legendary LEGO® brick artist.  He used about half a million LEGO bricks to build it.  There are over 120 works in the exhibition.  I can't wait to see them all.  In the meantime, you can check out more images of the batmobile below.

Dr. Ken Crushes It with Parents

ABC's new Friday night comedy, Dr. Ken, aired last week

It had strong ratings according to some and mild ratings according to others.  TV.com even went as far as naming it one of The 5 Worst Network Pilots of the Fall Season.  I thought it was pretty funny.

Watch the pilot and decide for yourself.

I felt that I could relate to Dr. Ken Park, played by Ken Jeong, and Dr. Allison Park, played by Suzy Nakamura.  The couple's onscreen dynamic reminded me a lot of mine with my husband.  Many parents can relate because real-life parenting is just as funny (in hindsight).  As a parent of a seven year old daughter with Asperger's Syndrome, I know how important it is to find humor.

Not all viewers are parents, though.  Not all pilots portray the rest of the season, either.  I'll keep watching and maybe the show will find a way to relate to the masses.

Ken Jeong is actually a licensed physician.  He attributes his success as a comedic actor to his family's struggle with cancer.  His wife, Dr. Tran Ho, has battled with breast cancer.  Watch the video How Comedian Ken Jeong Helped His Wife Fight Breast Cancer below.
